- Design and develop datasets
- Create and maintain dashboards, and other visualizations
- Monitor and optimize the performance
- Lead the meetings and the conversations with the stakeholders to understand their needs and design the solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with IT, DPMs, and other externals in the team
- Attend the stand-up and update the stories based on the progress, log the time in Service Now, assist the other team members when needed
- Document the datasets and comply with our conventions and processes
- Around 5 years of experience in BI
- With strong SQL skills and experience with CRM Analytics and one or more other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, nice to have in French.
